    Update
    Always bitter sweet

    I'm very impressed .
4 week in and the mounts arrived from America.
they look exactly like the advertised photos.
    I'll post photos later.

    The bitter part....
only the mounts arrived, no idea what happens to the traction bar.

Update . .... or I wish I had an update

so all has been super slow.
I am still waiting on the traction bar from the states,
apparently the mounts were in stock but they have to wait for the traction bar to be made,
which is OKAY as I've been working 7days for a bit now and will be for a while to come.
I am totally exhausted and the last thing on my mind is cars.
I'm at the point of saying f#@k it..........
no not giving up...... I love this project and think it will be totally unique.
but as I have no time I am thinking that the least part of the project is the H22 swop,
so I am throwing the idea around of getting help... or paying for someone to drop the motor in.
it might be cheating but time and energy have to be factored in.
and there is hundreds of hours in re bodying it.....
    any thoughts

The older we get the less time we have More money but less time. Good luck with it but unfortunately i don't think the h22 will happen as no one can really do the conversion, too big of a job and no one in their right mind would pay that amount on a 3rd gen. Like most you might end up scrapping the cars and buying a brand new car as they come already modified from factory. AMG maybe? ISF are going cheap now?

    BRING BACK THE FORUMS!

    Slowly getting there
got some body mod parts, including some Nsx parts
I plan on making a start on it in the next 3 months.
But before I start I have to finalize everything with the engineer's
In the next few weeks I'll get some 5 stud hubs made up.
so if flip mods is out there I'll pm you when I'm ready to get the guys details in Liverpool .
    Thanks

Hey, plenty has happened in the last year.
    For this build.... Not much...

but I've been collecting more parts.

I got a full set of NSX brakes now, front and back.

And in the last year. ESP has started making mounts again....
so like the crazed idiot I am I bought a complete set. plus traction bar, T mount and also 3 point front strut and 4 point rear strut.

Yes that means I have 2 full sets of engine mounts and traction bars for a H22 swap.)
So if anyone wants to do a H22 swap I have a set for sale.....
and for all the doubters about the innovative mounts,
I'm happy to fit a h22 motor into your 3rd gen (Mod it if it needs,
but I really don't think they do... FOR FREE)

I'm going to go full on on the F1 build and hopefully have it pained and ready for rego in the next 3 months.
Then with no distractions I can start this build proper

Here is a comparison of the 2 different mounts,
Looks like they will hold the motor in a slightly different place.
Which is better you just cant tell.
But I think the Innovative hold the motor higher, which if you are going to lower the car is better as the motor slings low.
also to me the manufacture and finish of the Innovative mounts is better.
But the Explicit Speed Performance (ESP) have a 100% rave rate, Seems they are the mounts that everyone (including me) wants.

The innovative have the red inserts, I did ask for red from ESP, but they came black.... Nothing to worry about.

Wow, they are quite different aren't they! I have to admit the innovative mounts do look good with the textured finish.

Yeah, and I just got an email from the the Innovative tech team.
They say that the mounts work,
the problem that was going on was that people where using Accord t-brackets.
and said if I have any problem they will be happy to replace them with the new model.
