Looking for Engineer in NSW to certify a H22 swop in 3g

I hope someone out there can help me.
I have a big project about to start.
With H22 swop, brake upgrade, wide body and mags, some other things as well.
I have got one quote of $5000-$8000 to certify (which is a big chunk out of my $12000 budget)
So I am looking for other engineer that may be able to certify the project.

Cheaper would be better (but someone to work with is important), so I get it right.
    Would love some feedback.

Thanks Bob, but I was looking more for some personal references LOL

Like, the closest guy to me at seven hills, a few people have said the same thing about him...
His attitude is that he will find something wrong... that he just does not want to see any modified cars on the road.
and I've spoken to him and he is an ass!
The Guy at EVO Compliance was helpful and would make sure at the end I would have a registered car...
but that $5000 to $8000 scares me.

Syriops at Riverwood are very good.
Theo Syriopoulos also did a combined Skylines Aust/Syriops Engineering Tech Arvo
    Ph 02-95336737
And he'll offer you a bit of initial advice for free.
You can mention Terry the old Chinese looking guy from Skylines Aust that organised the Tech Arvo on 10th May 2014

im all for having a car engineered...

but it is a joke how much you pay to have it engineered...almost as if its a deterrent.

you are going from a 2.0L to a 2.2L..you could go up to 2.4L without an engineering certificate..just blue slip it?
