    Squalled's 5th Gen VTi-R B-84P

    G'day P.A.,

Thought I may just add my car to the showroom thread

I bought the car on the 13th of November 2013. It is my first car and at the time I was considering many cars including DC2 Integra's, EK4 and EM1 Civic's, B swapped EG Civic's, 4AGE Corolla's, SSS Pulsars and Corolla Sportivo's. After I found this on CarSales, I was in love.

It had roughly 196*** kms, which didn't worry me all too much. I bought off a female owner who had it resprayed at some point, hence why the colour is still looking amazing.

The car came with 17x7 sabeth King wheels rapped in Kuhmo KU31's, a Pioneer headunit, Clarion 12 inch subwoofer, Rockford Fosgate rear speakers, a brand new clutch installed, machined flywheel and an axle back exhaust system. I was also lucky to get the car with the factory lip kit and spoiler.

Through out the time of owning the car I have had various ideas on what I wanted to do to it ranging from a JUN build or the addition of a Jackson Racing supercharger. Then I came to the realisation that I should improve things that are fairly basic and what most people would do to most cars.

Since my ownership, other than generally maintaining it and doing a lot of driving, these are the mods that have been made over the past year (random order).

    Interior:
    *Genuine Spoon Duracon Shift Knob
    *50mm Shifter Extension
    *DC2 Type R Shift Boot
    *Roof LED light (White)
    *Door LED lights (Blue)
*'Remove Before Flight' keyring sitting on Gear stick

    Engine:
    *Injen Polished Cold Air Intake
    *X-Force 4-2-1 Stainless Steel Headers/Extractors
*2.5 inch Mild Steel custom made Catback Piping with 100 Cell Cat and 1 Resonator
    *Twinloop Muffler
    *Innovative Street engine mounts

    Audio:
*Clarion Headunit (Pioneer headunit was broken)
*Option Audio Mono amp (Amp that came with the car was broken)

    Handling:
*Ultra Racing Front Upper Strut Bar

    Exterior:
    *Side Window Visors
    *Rear Window Visor
*JDM Honeycomb Grille with Prelude Badge
    *HIDs (6000K, 35 Watt)
    *LED Parker Lights
    *LED License Plate Lights
*Fixed Front Bumper Damage that I bought the car with

    Other:
*Painted Valve Cover (VHT Anodised Blue)
    *Painted Spark Plug Cover (Black)
    *Re Painted Horns (Gloss Black)
*Various stickers inside the the cabin and boot
    *Genuine Spoon Oil Cap

Up coming modifications include a set of clear fog lights and installation of new suspension (Koni Yellow Sports with Eibach Ground Control Adjustable Sleeves). The car in my eyes is getting everything that I wanted for it. I'd say 80% of the mods I'd like to get have been or will be done soon. There are other mods that I have in mind, it's just a matter of choosing if I want them or what I want for a certain part (e.g. wheels).

Thanks for viewing and reading . Here are some photo's.

Will be nice when you get the GC/Koni on. I was also considering the duracon Spoon knob, but I like weighted ones too much to drop back to a 50g unit haha.

They'll look nice but, I'm not really keen on them to be honest. I'm still very undeceive about the wheels if I do change them.

I used to have the Skunk2 weighted one. It felt really good but I thought I'd try something different. Took me a little to get used too as well.

The suspension is going in this weekend and my fog lights are been done on Friday night. Very keen indeed
