    renting tools

    hey guys
    does anyone know anywhere in sydney that will loan out specific tools such as inner tie rod removal tool and other things like that
    i always read in the us forums about people renting then for the day

    Na I'm talking about the inner rack end . Need a specific tool or i think you can use. A crowfoot wrench I think

    they r less than 20bux on ebay unless you want the whole set, not worth drive back and forth multiple times imo

    no idea someone rebuild steering rack before should know, or just check the manual

    was gettin my bearings pressed at good performance centre today and they offered to lend me their tool.
    works great made it soo much easier. inner tie rods were stuffed
    btw they are located near yennora station sydney i highly recommend them

    I usually just use a big ass pipe wrench or a shifter at work, does the trick.

    Although it'd be a bit hard to do it via that method without a hoist...
