    Gran Turismo 6

Who's heard the news of the release of GT6 this year!!
Im a bit skeptical, seeing that the PS4 is so near to release, i feel that GT6 will be what GT Prologue was to GT5. i think its just a more polished version of GT5, just to get the taste back so they can hit you hard with the new GT on the new PS.

Just my thoughts, but anyway, take a peek!

Seen the hype. As you say. It's more of a GT5.1 than a GT6.
It still has that sterile inorganic apearance to the graphics.
Quite happy to let this one slide.

Once I can pick one up for $10 from the rejects bin at EB I could be pursuaded.

Main issue for me. Non ability to bring GT5 content across. All the paid add on packs are restricted to GT5.

Only real reason to consider would be for the ability to skin cars. But if thats your game go NFS.

    HOWEVER....Bathurst track!. Hmmmm

Bob's post hits the nail on the head for me. Not to mention that I won't be buying a PS4 just yet. Have more important things to spend my toy budget on.

Looks very sterile indeed, which is a pitty because the game is great for what its designed for (driving) but customization was terrible in gt5. I am a really big fan of the latest NFS games and the latest looks to be even better with much more though going into the environment and detail.

The NFS games are about where GT4 was imo. GT5 has really pushed it beyond something that a car nut can play occasionally to something intended for full on hardcore gamers. Case in point, I can pick up NFS U2 any time, pick a car and have fun winning races and doing fully sick skids. I fired up the PS3 last night, hooked up my G27 wheel and popped in GT5 for the first time since mid March. (An overseas holiday, new job and moving halfway across the country have pushed playing games down my order of priorities) God it was hard. I expected to be able to hop back into my R35 GT-R and win races again but really I was lucky I could get around the lap without spearing off.
