Who will win 2013 Formula 1 Championship for Drivers?

Less than week out from the beginning of the F1 season for 2013 I thought I'd throw a poll up as everyone likes a poll.

Easy question, who do you think will take the Championship this year? Will Vettel in the Red Bull take it yet again or can the Ferraris take it from him? Was Hanilton's move to Mercedes a master-stroke or will Perez and Button show him the error of his choice?

I will only put up main Drivers as it is unlikely Marussia will challenge.

Voted for Alonso, but would not be surprised if Webber pushed hard for it this year, pending the first half of the season and if he can finish all races without any DNF's.

If he is leading Vettel at the halfway mark anything is possible.

I dont think Webber has too many seasons left to mess around with it this year. All his long-time rivals are world champions now such as Vettel, Button, Hamilton and to a lesser extent Raikkonen.

I'm really keen to see how Perez handles life at McLaren, i'm not expecting much from his first season but some good top 5 finishes would be great. I think Alonso has the car by the early times but if Ferrari can hold that advantage remains to be seen.

I would really love to see Kimi get it, but I'm not sure the Lotus is good enough. I really hope Vettell and Red Bull don't win the championships again, and as much as I'd like to see Webber win I'm not sure that he can do it. Sure, he's good and he's fast, but the difference between guys like Alonso is that they can drag a poor car up the order and have a decent result on a bad day. Mark seems unable to do this, and if things don't go his way he'll hang around the middle of the top ten and that will be it. Unless Mercedes have got their act together the Lewis won't do much. McLaren had the best car by far last year (at the start at least) but made strategy errors and had some reliability issues that were costly, so if they have been able to get over these hurdles they'll be hard to beat, as always. I expect Perez to do well but not outstanding.

    * Seb was never a team person > isn't one now > never will be
    * If I were Mark, I would have used that champagne bottle a bit differently
    * Mark drives better when he's got something to prove > aka angry!
    * Seb apologised to Mark on SKY > but even if he were my son, I wouldn't give him power of attorney over my rubber ducky

Hope Webber takes him out sometime during the year.

Vettel is just a child, we see it time and time again. If he doesn't get what he wants then he compains to daddy, if daddy doesn't give him what he wants, he takes it anyway.

I voted for LH because I've got a suspicion that SV & MW might take each other out. They're called teammates - but they can't stand each other.
Just hope Lewis doesn't do a simulated pit stop at McLaren again.
