Lol OK the money you spent on the supra you could of found a vgc motor to put in. They have nothing on a prelude especially non turbo. Is it at least the sz-r model?

I gave my turbo lude up for an 87 pulsar hatch.

In all seriousness though, i often think about what i would like to drive instead of my car and always think of bigger more luxurious cars. Then i flog it through some twistys and contemplate the great feeling of driving a unique quick car i pieced together myself while filling up at 6.3l/100k and the thought quickly disappears...

They are still a beautiful car, and lots of aftermarket, and..."street cred" if that's your thing.

I ended up buying something more luxurious but cheap to own while my Prelude was sidelined. Sold the Lude to a member here and used the money as a down payment on one of these bad boys.

There is something about the Prelude though, everyone who's owned one that I know has quite a soft spot for them.

    That's the spirit!
The proverbial 4th Gen > You don't sit in it! > It envelops you! > Like a Venus fly trap > Once you're hooked > You cannot escape!

The shape of the 4th Gen?
In the eye of the beholder, it sits somewhere amongst iconic names like Diablo and Murcielago! Heaps better looking than a Gallardo!

    Q. How will the shape of the 4th Gen be appreciated from "the dash to the exterior" as you put it, in 2 decades time?
    A. ...to be advised.

Best Shape Award = 4th Gen Prelude + Best Bang For Your Buck Award = R34 GT-R N1

However, to those who will never swap a 4th Gen > think about it > a coffin it shall be!
