    Question Leaking Brake proportioning valve

It seems that my car likes to have problems with things that are hard to find....

My brake proportioning valve is leaking; apparently it is a discontinued component even when some US web sites have a price next to them.

    Part numbers are:
    46210-SB0-003 replaced by 46210-SF1-003
    46210-SF1-000 replaced by 46210-SF1-003
    46210-SF1-003 discontinued

Does anybody know if there is any other Honda part compatible?
    Did anybody have this problem?

Hi I'm new here. I have the same problem with proportioning valve. Can you please tell me how did you fix this problem? I've got second hand proportioning valve and I changed it but it is the same thing, leaking again on same place?

You have a few options first is buy a brand new one from Honda or similar might be $$$ but worth it.

Second hand again bit of a gamble but might work out great or dead?.

Third Modify mangle another pop valve from a gen4/teg/civic non abs.

Last of all replace the o ring seal your self just make sure the o ring seal material is compatible with brake fluid. You could always get a brake shop to do it for you as well.
