    Resetting your SRS light

    Taken straight from ozHonda:

engine off, disconnect the yellow plug connected to fuse box under dash (yellow 2wire plug),
unfold the paper clip so it looks like a skinny U,
connect the paper clip into the yellow plug( one end in each wire)
    trickest part of it all
(turn the car onto ACC the SRS light will be on, then the SRS will turn off, when it turns off pull the paper clip out,
then the light will reappear, when it reappears insert the paper clip back into the wires)
then the SRS light will turn off
Now turn off your Ignition off and your SRS will be reset
reconnect the plug back into the fusebox
and now start your car (the light should be gone)
Will this work on my 5th gen? I think I found this in the Civic section. Where is the yellow plug found? I think they said that there are more than a few yellow plugs in that area of the car.

Any help is appreciated, thank you!

    Guys,

Just FYI guys my car pics are not updated I have a 98 model h22a4 manual 5th gen atm.

I don't know if anyone got luck with the above method. And we'd all assume it being in the manual it should all work. I found it didn't work for me you could say I get stuck after it's supposed to turn off the second time.

I improvised a method based on what I learned about the service connector which I thought I would share.

    Step 1:

Passenger side left of center console, locate the 2 pin connector plug which is held within a large connector. Connect the links permanently for this procedure.

Step 2 follow the manual above exactly.

    I have a 98 Model BB6 Manual H22A4.

Please let me know if this works I felt like a genius when I worked it out because everywhere says to follow the manual but mine had to be done differently.
