    Drift Triking

so i just purchased and began modding my new drift trike and all i can say is, GO OUT AND ****ING BUY ONE.

its is the best ****ing fun you will ever have.

places to use the trikes range from shopping centre car park, the spiral exits are fun to be doing 30kmh sideways down, eg westfield doncaster.

has anyone else got a drift trike?

Hey Andy I just got one a few weeks ago, should come for a ride with me one day. Btw you got any PVC pipe, I can't find any for cheap.

Oh and this is Mt Dandenong, thinking of going triking after the cruise on Sunday

What are the tyres made out of? Whats the white tape stuff on the wheels sometimes?

The front tyres are always rubber, the rears are usually either green machine wheels, standard plastic slider rims, or gokart rims with pvc or some other kind of plastic tube over them
That white tape probs isnt tape at all, looks more like vinyl paint, its done by putting in a groove in the tyre with a sander or something similar, then taping the tyre up and spraying vinyl spray, its been done on cars forever, real vintage style

PVC over the tyre was what I was talking about, makes sense now. Where do you get these things from? Lol I'd love to build one.

For stockers like mine, Kmart, Toys'r'us, big w, they're fairly popular in Aus atm, good fun too, everyone looks at them and think they're crap kids toys, when they can be easily modified and run down hills side ways at well over 80kmh lol, last video I watched a guy came down a hill clocked at 87kmh massive sideways everywhere.
