    Absolutely hehe...

I've actually walked part of that circuit and geez it's tight.
The I look at Motor Mate F1 footage of old and I think, "How on earth do they belt around there without seat belts and expect to survive?"

Alright results from Qualifying (lets gloss over P3, no one cares). Schumacher fastest but has a 5 place grid penalty for running into Bruno Senna last race. Also Maldonado who will take a 10 place penalty for driving at Serigo Perez in much the same way as he did to Lewis Hamilton at Spa last year. As such i will post the results as they will start on the grid, not as finished Qualifying. Other notable moments in Qualifying was Sergio Perez having a steering failure and understeering into the barrier in Q1, as such he will start from the back of the grid. Also Jenson Button again unable to find balance within the car or get into Q3. Also Vettel gave up on his flying lap in Q3 which is not often seen.

Results as will start on the grid.

Not a bad bet, Webber will be in at least 3rd by the first corner with his famous starts and Alonso has looked quick all weekend. Keep an eye on Schumacher. In an interview before qualifying i forget if it was at Monaco or the previous round after his penalty he said he would qualify fastest, start 6th and win the race. So far he's been on the money, see if he can't take the win tonight.

Can't believe it. Webber on pole and he didn't choke on the race start.

Lucky he didnt - or would have probably ended up with a car on top of him at that first corner...

I actually fell asleep on the couch by lap 30 just after the leaders pitted and Alonso was flying.

Woke up and found out Webber finally worked up enough courage to appear on the podium this year.

Less than a second between the first three. When was it game over?

I forgot how boring Monaco is. I nearly turned off at lap 20 and i may as well have. Really nothing to note in this apart from obviously the first corner crash and Sergio Perez though the race running into anything that had wheels. Fingers crossed Canada gives us a good show.

Not a great track for exciting viewing, very true. It was made worse when they tried to save tyres in the first period and drive a second a lap slower than they are capable.

    I went to sleep too.
    Boring until the shower.

Geez, I'd had to drive on that course with spray coming up from the car in front > part driving on memory

I didn't get home until the final lap. Regardless of feelings about Webbo, it was nice to hear advance Australia fair at the presentation.
