    What do you mean never seen me here? In the lounge/chitchat section Or PA in general?

    If you mean the lounge, I guess it's just because it's generally male based topics, which I don't mind, but I don't want to 'intrude' lol

    I meant the Gym/Health/Fitness thread ha ha, never seen you in here before. Also there's no such thing as 'intruding' in a public forum.

    I do barely any cardio and its something that annoys me as I can't seem to lean out just that little extra. I find changing my diet has helped the most when it comes to dropping fat, but to get that last bit then its definitely cardio. My partners all about cardio, she is always doing classes and I can never convince her to do weights with me!

    I have been meaning to post updated pics because I've dropped tones of fat since the fist pics. If I could get my partner to post pics of her progress I would but shes ridiculously shy..

    so i have a question for all you gym junkies lol ive been hitting the gym but ive hit a wall. when i complete my sets of dumb bell press i fail on the last set at about 6 which is fine but after that i cant seem to do more of anything else and there is no tightness no pain just no go.
    i decrease the weight of the next exercise, the first couple of reps come off fine but as soon as i hit 5 its just straight failure no warning
    whats going on???

    So try this instead. On your dumbbell press drop the weight down by 10kg. Now do the exercise but focus on the muscle you are targeting.
    Example, I do free weight bench press and from the bottom of the movement all the way to the top I squeeze my chest. I am targeting my chest so the weight only plays a small role in the exercise so I don't do to heavy I focus on squeezing the muscle hard as go through the movement which creates a very noticeable burn that you will feel the next day.

    Or a simpler method for you. 6 is not fine, drop the weight till you can do 10 three times the next session look at increasing the weight slightly. And train legs at lest once a week.

    Up to 80kg squat 55kg bench 100kg dead, 30kg overhead and 40kg upright row.

    Want to lose another 6-8 kg.

    I use crossfit and strongman equipments. It is very useful for fitness.

    I get that these posts are old, but for a gym addict like me, this was just great stuff to read I wonder how you guys stand with working out now?
