    It's Tony!

Speed has never killed anyone, suddenly becoming stationary... That's what gets you.

    No ya don't Tony.

All you doctors need to keep the speed up on your S2000s, 911s & MX-5s so that the nits in your hair (picked up off us patients) can blow out easily! haha

But for anyone else interested, there's a V-Spec I that's coming out from Japan next month and it will do over 300awkw with our fuel. It's already dyno'd well over 330awkw with E85.
Apparently compliance won't be a problem. Price will be $49500.

Only blemish on an otherwise perfect car is that wing dude, take it off and put a standard GTR wing back on!

The sad part of the day was that one of our Execs who was already exiting in pit lane was taken out by an idiot who didn't even have permission from the owner to drive the 300ZX

I had some trouble sticking it through the off-camber fishhook.
But stretched street tyres (Proxes 4 - 245/40/18) don't help - especially when they get hot.

Just got some KU36 265/35/18 put onto LMGT4 rims this week - semis will help next time

'Twas great fun Damien (-in fact in just about any car) but...

In that last pic above at Turn #10, one of our members was already in the exit/pit lane in the foreground whilst driving his wife's MX-5. From the right, a 300ZX race car lost its brakes and smashed into the rear of the Mazda and caught fire.
The Nissan was repairable, but the little Mazda was written off. Drivers were OK. Our member's R33 GT-R was still at home with more wk to be done on it, but he still lost $20K worth of car. Sad.

Boost had been rolled back to 1.4bar for the above rwKw figure = no stress on the engine using -7 Garrett turbos.
I wanted bottom end power from around 3800rpm so the Tomei Poncams were advanced 4 degrees to achieve this (and more).
Whilst this car has little lag and can reach the first curve within 200m, most cars with heaps more top end power are sitting in my rear vision mirror.

Great picture. That wing just ruins it for me. The rest of the car looks amazing though.
