I have finally got the car aligned (at Pedders Geebung, these guys are awesome btw!), the handling is just stupid! This weekend I'm swapping my brake lines for some of the braided type. Here's a quick overview of the cost so far:

    Purchase: $1100
    Roady: $65
    Rego: $365
    Bushes: $650
    Brakes: $510
    Suspension: $1110
Misc: $1000 (timing belt, water pump, seals, thermostat, cv boots, brake, clutch, fluids, etc)

Probably close to $5000 so far..

I'm just using stock brakes a the moment, but other members have used NSX or S2000 calipers (PJF_Lude).

I think I will stick with stock calipers and rotors and try different fluid and pad combos until I find something that can take the abuse!

How long have you been working on this and when can we expect a writeup thread?

i'm hoping that these conversion don't require anchors or hub conversions?

Apologies for the lack of updates.. should actually be on the track by September. Camera setup being sorted out this weekend.

Since last time, I have installed new exhaust which consists of Hurricane headers, 2.25" pipe, hi-flow cat and 24" resonator down to a Zetti dual 3" muffler. Headers are covered in 2" wide fibreglass exhaust wrap.

Secondly, new wheels and tyres. Wheels are 16x7 +35 Enkei RPF1 6Kg each. Tyres are Kumho KU36 215/45/R16 10kg each. Wheel nuts are McGard spline drive chrome.

Since fitting the wheels and tyres I noticed the clutch is slipping unless I drop it quickly.. Looking at either Exedy or Competition clutches for a replacement in the near future.
