    Timing belt replaced
    Coolant system flushed

    Thermostat replaced
All suspension bushings replaced with superpro polyurethane bushings
    Brake master cylinder replaced
Brake flex lines replaced with stainless braided lines
Clutch master and slave cylinders replaced and flex line replaced with stainless braided line
Brake rotors replaced with slotted RDA rotors and QFM HPX pads
Brake fluid and power steering fluid flushed and replaced

    Future plans:

Nice. What sort of track work you planning on doing? Sprints?

Looks real good . Do you reckon the new bushes made a big difference? How much did they all set you back?

Impressive. I've always loved the idea of having a dedicated 3rd gen track car with mean sussy setup

I'm not looking to actually race it, just to do laps around Lakeside and QR. I'd also like to participate in morotokhana's..

All the bushings cost around $600. I really didn't notice much of a difference due to bushings alone, but the anti-sway bars made a huge difference in stability.

Got the Ksport coilovers installed and height set up (after three attempts)..
Next mission is replacing brake lines with Goodrich braided stainless steel lines.

These coilovers are amazing, totally transforms the handling! The silver lude has King low springs and rebuilt shocks with Bilstein internals and it handles well, but Ksports are on another level. I have the damping set at 30 front and 16 rear only because the 14" tyres (BFGoodrich G-Force Sport) have a lot of sidewall flex, but it still grips like hell! I can't wait to get some R-compound or street legal slick tyres on 16" rims and get it properly aligned!

Very nice to see a track spec 3g!

I've been fighting the temptation to build one my self. I'm very excited to see what a fully built up 3g can do. Show everyone that mechanical 4WSing is the best steering setup ever made. =P

As far as weight reductions go, when needed I can swap out my normal battery for something a little smaller like the one in the 2nd and 5th pics of the first post saving around 10kg. I havn't yet but I can take out the rear seats and everything from the boot. The A/C is currently disabled by using a shorter belt to bypass the A/C pulley, I'll decide later on if I want to keep that creature comfort . In the works is a fibreglass sunroof plug meaning I can remove the sunroof glass and motor saving around 15kg at the highest point of the car. Also lightweight rims are on the cards... Roll cage, hmm not sure just yet, I will think about it after I get some race seats in and pulling some serious lateral G's.
