    Fixed it!

Now on a LAN cable. Seems to be working much faster and is reliable.

Bob is now hosting a PA Race get there if you can. Bring a lude if you have one.

EDIT: Quite true about the 458 too. Very nice to drive.

I got my copy of GT5 a few weeks ago, been glued to it since!

mig, and anyone else tight for cash i found good earnings in special event races. and they seem to be repeatable!

I repeatedly do the 80s race with the motul civic. 5 min gets you like 200,000 credits and tons of exp. grind away for a few hours and you'll be rolling in millions! muahaha!

The 430 Scuderia is worth a drive too with some mods and some setup work, not quite as nimble as the 458 but very fast too

I decided to check out the seasonal events recently and was surprised when I saw the prize money..I went from like 150,000cash to over 3 million by completing some drift trials and the recently released seasonal events such as the Japanese one...Will continue doing some of the others throughout the week such as FF Challenge/FR/4WD but they don't offer that much money.

I've compleed Beginner Series, Amateur Series and i'm half way throuh Professional Series...need to buy myself supercars

Also played with about 13-14 Australian players recently. Racing was good. Came about 5-7th place so that's not too bad for y first time. I tried to show good racing etiquette but a couple of people were getting abused

I was racing with my 499PP 96 SIR lude.... lol...I also found a nice green paint colour that tints purple in certain lighting conditons...

Big update coming Oct 11th. The jist:
Simplified interior views added to all standard cars.
User control of the weather change feature.
Settings sheet which allows you to save multiple car settings.
    New Spec 2.0 opening movie.
    Improved UI response and usability.
    Replay forward/rewind.
Mid-race save feature for endurance races.
Expanded online lounge features (narrowing down car types, shuffle races…).
Expanded Photo Travel features (you can now take photos of cars together with your avatar).
Added “NASCAR Pit Scene” stage to Photo Travel.
Added 11 new 2011 NASCAR models.
Added the Nissan GT-R N24 Schulze Motorsport (the car in which Kazunori contested the 2011 Nurburgring 24 Hours).
    Improved physics and artificial intelligence.
Support for the Logitech G25/G27 steering wheel.

    Looking forward to this.

    Oh, BTW. 1000 cars acquired

Just over 20. Bspec usually stays a few levels below.
When I win some Aspec events easily I pass the cars onto my bspec driver.

I try not to spend too much money on random cars...I look at the oponents list and try to get the engine power slightly higher than everyone else. Generally the sport/racing hard tyres are fine as softer tyres cost more.
