Clean shaven rear, but leave the badge on the front. Standard front bar (even with a lip) needs something up there.

I'm thinking I may actually leave the front badge and shave the back.

Only because I plan on spraying the nostrils the body colour aswell, and it may be a bit too much?

Anyone got pic's of colour-coded nostrils + no badge?

reminds me, i was behind a 5th gen recently. it had a VTI-R sticker on the boot but had Si 4 stud rims. funny thing is it was for sale for $6500....

anyways to be serious i like the honda badges to stay. i did paint mine black a while ago but stripped the paint back to chrome a short time after. all i have done is removed the VTIR sticker from the boot.

i reckon my car looked 'too hard' and so i went back to the oem look.

after sleeping on it, a thought came to mind.

Shave everything but leave the 2 'H' badges, and ask mikey very kindly to paint them the way he did his, manabir's and ashwee's ( + cash of course!)

    Shave EVERYTHING!

If they don't know it's a Honda Prelude. They don't deserve to know......!

^^hehe let me list a few Toyotas from the 1990s when your Prelude was around for you, then tell me if you're still throwing up. Supra RZ (6cyl twin turbo 2JZ), Chaser (6cyl single turbo 1JZ), Aristo (6cyl single turbo 1JZ), Crown, Soarer (V8 or turbo 6), MR2 (turbo), Cresta and Celsior just to name a few. Every single one makes our preludes look like snotty nosed upstarts.

Just because you only know of camrys and corollas dont think thats all that was ever made. Yeah we're a prelude club but most of us recognise decent cars are made by ALL brands and a large percentage of us dont even own Preludes anymore. Think of it like Honda currently. Looking at their line up you'd never guess they had cars like the Prelude, integra type R, civic type R, CRX, NSX and S2000. Much like Toyota, Honda have gone for sales volume over nieche market cars.

And yes before everyone jumps in and points out i work for Toyota, let me say this, there isnt a single Toyota in the current line up i would buy with the exception of the Kluger Grande. Everything else is about as interesting as a wet flannel.
