    I agree with the last part, but I don't know what his attachment to the car is.

    So if he wants it get it back on the road those are the minimum things. Depending on the location of the rust it's not a fail item on a road worthy. Doors are fine any of the pillar or the roof are. doors are not.

    But yeah, thats probably the best point so far in this thread.

    What exactly (if anything) does the car mean to you...?

    Almost all the major builds on this forum are guilty of pouring WAY more money into their car than the car is worthh....

    Oops I owe her an apology I probably shouldn't assume gender...

    I tend to get emotionally attached to my cars (not my old Pulsar though...). It's probably the biggest folly of car owners all around the world and is what solely drives the aftermarket industry... But we have to get enjoyment out of something, right?
