haha I am so insanely jealous of that steering wheel. Looks the goods!

    Congrats Ian!
You've put a hell of a lot of work into this car and it's awesome!

The fact that you have done almost all of the work yourself makes this all the more deserving.

IMO PA members are lucky to have such a knowledgable, no nonsense, hands-on 3rd genner as a resource.

Cheers Mate! Now go crack open a beer. Salute!

    ^ I agree with scotty.

Not to mention, whenever I dont have the balls to do something on my car - you say "just do it already" and so I go do it!

Cant wait til we finish up my 4g

    Done!

I have edited my post on the first page to include the Willowbank Dragway Video

Sorry that the edit job is a bit rough. I only spent 3hrs throwing it together on Monday night (then took 2 days of getting messed about by youtube over h264 compatibility issues )

Anyone who watches both vids and wants to see more should also check out the last 1-2min of the Beach Cruise video (we did a whole segment on Ian's car at the end of that vid).

Lastly I just wanted to join in and agree with Steve and Scotty ^^^
Definitely one of the most deserving COTMs in ages and I too have benefited greatly from Ian's experience and eagerness to get stuck in up to his elbows in his own and other people's ludes

    AWESOME VIDEO!!!
Its not rough at all - I love it.

There's this one bit where Ian goes "so should I turn the boost up?"
The answer to that question... YES! you should...

BTW: if you're after some more from that night - I have photos of some other cars doing burnouts etc if you wanted to throw some in?

    Great Vid Dan!

I thought I would add a link to this one. Heaps of Ian's Lude here around 3:30.

There is a great bullet time effect going on with his rims around 3:50.

We have "Decoy" Dan and "Camel" Benny up here to thank for the vids! They put the effort in long after the cruise has finished and spend hours working out what music will suit their cuts.
I am always blown away by what they do because no one asks them to do what they do.

    Anyway....back on topic
