Wow man! Very nice - loving your dedication to the finer details too!

I picked up my gaskets yesterday afternoon to continue installing the intake manifold. Here she is!

    AEM Fuel Rail

    RC 550cc Injectors

    POWER 68mm Throttle Body

    Omni Power 3bar Map Sensor

    Gates Racing Thermostat

And something I've been working on for a little while now. The valve cover with breather mods. I'm also smoothing all the casting marks and stuff off so when its painted it should look as smooth as glass.

    Enjoy.

your definitely delivering with pics! The breather mods are interesting and will be well worth it. Care to explain the logic behind it?> Just bigger = better?

The AN fittings will be hooked up to braided hoses running to a catch can setup as described here:

    http://www.preludeaustralia.com/foru...&postcount=310

The PCV system will not be implemented as standard as when the engine is on boost, the recirculation of gas is prevented due to the PCV valve closing up.

Hey Steve, your H22a head is an OBD1 right? So the RC injectors are peak and hold? Running with the stock resistor box? Or have you gone to saturated and removed the resistor box? Or have you done something funky with your Chrome setup to run the P&H properly?

The vtec head is ODB1. Came from a 1992 JDM lude.

Injectors (as far as I'm aware) are peak and hold and am going to run the stock resistor box. Nothing funky with crome besides adjusting the fuel maps to allow for the bigger injectors.

You've made me want to double check the part number to make sure they're peak and hold now. They do plug directly into the honda wiring harness with no modification to the clips.

Valve cover is gonna be Frost White - same colour as the car.
The spark plug cover will be gunmetal grey metallic.

The fittings are going to be recoated gunmetal also.

The valve cover will have moon cuts to access the adjustable cam gears...
