    What's you're Favourite Mod?
The steering wheel for sure, the stock one sucks balls.

If you had you're time to redo everything again what would you do or not do?
I would have bought an EGP lude that was on sale at the time instead of my blue one, t
he EGP one had an OEM kit & this car has been nothing but trouble from the word go.

If you could have another Model Prelude - What would it be?
I wouldn’t drive any other generation of lude.

How long did it take you to decide what Mods to do?
It’s an ongoing process, I don’t think anyone can say with any certainty that they knew exactly what they would do to their car when they bought it. I had massive ideas when I was looking around and after I’d bought the car but I couldn’t supply the cash required so I canned a few ideas further down the track. As it is I have a couple more down the track, but this is probably around 80% complete unless I change plans & decide to keep the car for longer than originally intended.

Where did you get your ideas?
Most of my ideas come from seeing other 5th gens and making up my own mind on what parts I wanted to put on my lude & other parts I didn’t. I’ve been a member on ozhonda, preludepower, preludeonline & here for a few years now also NTPOG was a massive help with the steering wheel install.

Did you do majority of the Mods yourself?
I probably did about 50% of what’s listed above, but none of the hard stuff – I’d prefer to leave that to guys who get paid to do it as I don’t have the time to do it myself. Massive credit goes to Grnlude for the tail lights, mine are slightly different to his as mine have the extra JDM brake light but he did a great job wiring up the LEDS. Also credit ITR for the exhaust & shocks/springs install, as well further down the track (again, get off your arse Hondata) for the install & tune of my S300.

Do you have a name for your lude?
Bottomless cash pit! Lots of people call it Amy due to the numberplate.

What Mods did it have when you bought it?
    None, it was completely stock.

Has it been Dyno'ed? What's the result?
Not yet – waiting for Hondata to pull their hands out of their arses and supply me with my S300.

    Next Mod?
Currently working on painting my valve cover red & installing the window visors I bought recently. Oh and one day I’ll put the front swaybar & rear strut brace on…

    Future Aspirations for Prelude?
To sell it. I’ve reached a time in my life where owning a 2 door coupe isn’t working out, so it will be gone before 2010. For those of you wondering I probably won’t part this car out prior to sale.

How do you find the police are towards your lude? Any story's?
I got RBT’d twice over the space of about 300m a month or so back, stupid police need to be more organised. Never had negative attention towards the lude, and never been pulled over for anything other than an RBT in it. I consider myself to be the luckiest man alive with regards to that.

Congrats Haydn! Definately a well deserved COTM. You've taken a colour that's hard to make look good, but you've done a terrific job with the wheel choice and the Mugen tail sets it off nicely. The LED Tails just make me incredibly jealous.

    Good on you mate!

this is probly the cleanest 5th gen around.

its pretty much spotless and the interia is sexy as.

its a great example of how suttel mods can make a 5th gen just look GREAT..

5th gens should have come stock like this off the factory floor hehehe great work
