i was under the impression the supercharger drains a bit of power at low revs...

good once they pick up abit tho. they drain the car power

I highly doubt it though man. They're there to accompany and improve the poor low down torque that our ludes have.

A supercharger needs power before it can make power, but then more than makes up for it.

Im pretty sure that superchargers need engines of a minimum power to get them going but, if the engine is powerful enough to run it, the effect at low rpm is not noticeable. In fact, one the best things about having a supercharger rather than a turbo is all the extra grunt down low.

a front mount would look fkn awsome on ur car man....

but wats the go if ur going aftercooler, is it gonna be the same setup as a front mount intercooler, or is it just a watercooled type setup that sits in the engine bay?

    This should be sweet......

If it was me I whould do the injectors and the cooler at the sametime you install the kit. It's better to do it right way the first time.

Its actually a centrifugal S/c, which means it builds power that is linear to the OEM hp & torque curve, and just has an abundance of more power across the whole rev range, and especially over about 4K & in vtec.

I was hoping it'd arrive today since its cleared customs and all..... it hasn't...

    Bring on the RWHP.

Just missing the ECU and fuel pump now (both on their way as we speak). I've also ordered an extra crank pulley to drill and tap, and an extra oil pan to pre-tap. This way I don't have to ruin my own

Waiting on a seller to sell me his aftercooler kit from the US too.... Pending to a local for a week now..... so provided he doesn't pay, it will be mine too. If he does sell it, and I can't find one, I'm going front mount.
