Yeh Im probably going to give royal purple a go next time.. Ive been using FEO since I bought it, seems great to me.

They say once you have used full synthetic you should stick with it, so it'll be interesting to see if I notice a difference after a few oil changes..

Hey guys just one more thing... Is it safe to top up after a while with say a 10w-50 oil when you've already filled with 5w-30?

meh...there's a lot of talk about diff oil..how some cars run better with certain oils...
is it personal preference or what?
does different oils go really bad after 5000km or something?
    i currently have magnatec 10w40...travelled 1000km on it..seemed like i've burnt 1L already.
gotta buy a bottle to top up today.. lol but i have sorta been driving hard.

now i cant get my car services for about 2 weeks and i have NFI what oil was used when it was last services

is it a bad idea to top it up with a good oil, knowing that it might not be the same kind as originally put in?

if not ill just have to take it easy till i can get it services, as i am teh noobcakes when it comes to services my car

its better to top up with a different oil, than to run out of oil.. lol

ur mech most likely used a 10w40 oil.

as hard as it is to unscrew a bottle cap...

pop ur bonnet open look on top left of ur engine for ur oil cap. unscrew pour lil by lil til ur dipstick agrees.
