    What's your Setup?

Planning out my upgrade to the system in my car but was wondering what other people on here run.

    At the moment I'm running:

    Source Unit: Pioneer DEH-P7750MP
    Speaker Amplifier: Controlled From Headunit
Front State: 6" Kicker Competition [I think] with a set of JBL tweeters
    Rear Stage: Pioneer TS-A6955 220W 6x9s
Subwoofer Amplifier: Audioline AL-1204 4x300W For Rears And Sub
Subwoofer: 12" JL 12W4 in Sealed Enclosure Facing Boot Lid
    Capacitor: None
    Subwoofer RCA: Stinger Blue RCAs
Speaker RCA: Home Audio System RCAs for Rears
Sound Proofing: None Yet But Planning To

I know a lot of people ask questions about what clearance there is for the front speakers and whether 6x9s are good or not etc etc. At least with a list of what people are running you can gather a better understanding of what the majority use.

I was wondering what other people were running......so let's start a list so we can compare or have an idea of what others have achieved to put into their cars.

    Layout to use(copy and paste):
    Source Unit:
    Speaker Amplifier:
    Front State:
    Rear Stage:
    Subwoofer Amplifier:
    Subwoofer:
    Capacitor:
    Subwoofer RCA:
    Speaker RCA:
    Sound Proofing:

ok...it aint the best...but heres what i got:

    Source Unit: JVC KD-G405.
    Speaker Amplifier:
Front State: JVC Hyrbid 6.5s (cant remember wattage)
Rear Stage: JVC Hybrid 6x9s (cant remember wattage)
    Subwoofer Amplifier: JVC KS-AX5700 2 channel 900W (200RMS/channel)
Subwoofer: 2x JVC 12" (box too small...box filled with dacron and subs mounted cone outside box. need to make them think the box is bigger)
    Capacitor: LightningAudio 1Farad
    Subwoofer RCA: LightningAudio
    Speaker RCA:
    Sound Proofing:

i plan on getting a custom sub box built up early next year so that they can be mounted properly.
when i get that done they will be cone inside the box and facing the rear.
A completed modified car is an ever changing goal that can never truly be achieved.
CLICK to see my progress towards this impossible end.
