I thought it would be a good idea for people to post their dyno sheets so fellow 5th genners know what mods are needed to reach XXX KW.
Please post up a copy of your dyno sheet and mod list at the time.Dont hesitate if you're stock it would be good to track your progress or just interesting to see differences in stock ludes.
Might be worth a sticky if it gets going!
    ill get the ball rolling

    MODS:
    *AEM V2 intake
*Custom high flow cat --> 18"hotdog -->split at axle-->two mufflers (one on each side) exhaust. ugly angles for power!
    *VAFC2 tuned by Dr Drift

    KMS: 109000

DYNO is brand new so pretty much spot on with a safe tune.

ok heres mine after tuning my VAFC2

I had an xforce catback and type-s intake chamber as my baseline run. ~105KW

My peak power increased about 5hp (woooot :hay: ) but i really dont care about that. i've always been wanted more mid-range punch and the plot tells the rest of the story I've got another pic with the torque curve so i'll post it up another time.

Its interesting that the two runs look so different, yet the peaks are roughly the same. What are peoples diagnosis of this?

Some places do dynos in 3rd gear. So torque would read a lot higher than 4th gear.

Here is mine before/after VAFC2 tuning. 14kw gain. Dyno'd 32 degree day, Adelaide around noon. The figures should be very accurate if not low. I had my car dyno'd on a DynoDynamics one at a place 3 weeks before that which had 107kw(colder day 9 in the morning) before VAFC2 tune.

    H/I/E
    Dunno what header I have.
    K&N Pod filter.
2.5" exhaust, dunno brand came with car when i bought it.
Small Mugen logo on side skirts(adds about 20kw).

    Here's mine -

It was done on a -

Dyno Dynamics - Porsch GT dyno (Temp was about 23 deg)

    Mods -

    - Hondata IM Gasket
    - CAI
    - Bored TB
    - Custom 2.25" Straight Through exhaust with OBX High flow cat/Test Pipe

I was told that this dyno apprently reads lower than the other Dyno Dynamic dyno's. So....

But their's a lot more push after the tune and the car revs so much easier now.

    This was my stock dyno-

Big thanks goes out to - FITZGERALD RACING SERVICES for lending the dyno and ANDY (aka pornstar) for doing the tunning.

Mods - AEM V2 Intake, Megan headers & High flow cat, cat back 2.5" Lukey system by Ian Diffens, NGK iridium plugs, Apexi Neo AFC

(Bear in mind this is an auto and we ran it on a pretty warm day)

Red is pre-tuning the Vtec engagement on the AFC, blue obviously after. The AF adjustment on the Neo isn't working at the moment, so I've got to get that sorted and get it back for a proper tune (apparantly this happens a lot more than it should with Neo's). 144.5hp (around 108kw) at the wheels though not too bad so far.

Good to see that you're enjoying your power. Unfortunately my car was turd to drive even with those mods until i installed a mfactory 4.64 FD.

    anyways:

    Skunk2 Stage2 Tuner cams
Skunk2 Tuner cam gears (timing = dont have a clue)
    Skunk2 valve train
Custom headers (not too sure who made it) with 2.5" mendrel bent exhaust from the collector.
    CAI
    Hondata s100

    Lightened flywheel (can't remember brand)
mfactory 4.64 fd (No power increase as i made 119kw with the stock fd)

    I think thats it....

    Car: 99 prelude VTIR

    Power:120KW
    Engine:H22A
    Modifications: Headers,Exhaust, SRI, Lightened flywheel
    Transmission:manual
    Wheelsheavy GAH!!) 17" 215
    Fuel:98

increased the torque by over 30NM as you can see in graphs. It is much more driveable and the torque is definately felt through out the rev band as you can see below. It pulls alot harder and i can actually keep the car in 3rd or 4th around a round about and not worry that i have no torque what so ever. ITS GREAT!!!!!

Went to a dyno day today.. happy with the results

Not bad for 250,000km and basic intake/exhaust mods + tune... still got the same as a corolla sportivo..not sure what mods it had...

Hi guys, just recently joined the prelude family.

Here is my graph - H22Z motor, manual at 130,000 km
Only (engine) modifications are a VAFC 2 tuned by TODA racing

    Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Certainly made a big difference to how the car drives in the mid range, much improved.
