I parked right next to a civic sport the other week, however it was dark, otherwise I could have had a decent look. Think Euro Sport's here had the same wheels as Euro-R's as well, although if they (civic sport's) really are 7.5" wide, then there's ya difference.

Car is on Honda Access suspension so maybe a 1.5" drop?

    17x7.5 +45 offset standard height with 205/45/17.

    Will they fit?

Guys I really need help and I am shocking with this rim offset bs, I can't get my dam head around it. Can someone PLEASE tell me if:

    18x8.5 4x114.3 ET30
    16x8 4x114.3 ET10

Will both of these fit my Prelude? I am desperately in need of help!

The offset would be too aggressive on both. I'm running 17x8 +40, on stock height. Now that pretty much sits flush with the fender. Because you are lowering the offset on the wheels the centre of the wheel gets further away from the hub, therefore making your wheels stick out more.
Because you wanted to run 16x8+20 it means it will stick out an extra 2cm from flush. 8.5" wide would stick out an extra 12.5mm on top of the 20 if it had the same offset but because its +30 you'd be looking at at 12.5mm poke from the fender.
Be careful running something that larger on a prelude, because they came with 15-16" stock wheels the overall wheel + tyre diameter has to stay roughly the same, so if you we're to run 18's you'd be looking at elastic bands on the wheels. Because if you we're to run any bigger, you'd get rubbing.

Now there are alternatives like pulling fenders rolling guards etc but IMHO stay away from that unless you're a big hellaflush fan boy
    Hope it helps
